Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Opened, used, or perishable items cannot be returned due to safety regulations.

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for refund or replacement eligibility.


How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Email us at info@fixmox.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your return once received.

  • If your refund is not reflected after 10 business days, please contact your payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is related to an error on our part (damaged, wrong item, etc.).


Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used fish antibiotics

  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways

  • Products not purchased directly from FixMox.com


Exchanges & Replacements

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may request photos to confirm the issue.

  • Upon verification, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
